SASKATOON – Troy Stengler of Regina became Saskatchewan’s newest millionaire, winning the grand prize of $1 Million in the Roughrider & Children’s Hospital Foundation Lottery, championed by the Mosaic Company.

"This is unbelievable!" Stengler said after first receiving the exciting news. This money will make a huge difference in my life and in my family's lives and I couldn't be happier."
