In two separate incidents, the Saskatoon RCMP Crime Reduction Team and the Humboldt RCMP charged Bairos.

On Oct. 5, 2021, the Saskatoon RCMP Crime Reduction Team executed a search warrant at a rural property in Corman Park following an investigation.
