Remembrance Day Service in Yorkton

Held at Flexihall
YORKTON - Remembrance Day Services were held at the Flexihall at the Gallagher Centre in Yorkton.

The laying of wreaths included the Hon. Russell Mirasty Saskatchewan’s Lieutenant Governor, Bonnie Rushowick the local Silver Cross Mother, Yorkton Mayor Mitch Hippsley, MLA Greg Ottenbreit and MP Cathay Wagantall.

Legion Padre Rev. Richard Gibson led the service and read ‘In Flanders Field’ by Liuetenant-Colonel John MacRae.

The morning also included an address by Lt. Gov. Mirasty.
