SASKATOON — The Saskatoon Police Service Serious Assault Unit is investigating a shooting that took place early Thursday morning.

On April 7 at around 4:45 a.m., officers responded to the 100 block of Avenue O South for a report that a man had been shot. Upon arrival a 25-year-old man was found suffering from minor injuries, consistent with a gunshot wound. He was transported to hospital by Medavie Health Services.
