SASKATOON — Update: Sunday evening, Saskatoon Police Service said the subject of a missing persons alert had been located safe and sound. Police said they would like the thank the public for their assistance.
Original release: The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old female.
Kelly Kakum was last seen in the 2400-block Preston Avenue South at approximately 4:30 a.m. on July 29.
Kelly is described as five foot six and 130 pounds, with waist-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kelly Kakum is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 911. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
