SASKATOON — The City of Saskatoon announced some road closures starting Sunday for service and other repair works. City crews will place detour signs to guide motorists around the work zones.
On Sunday, 20th Street will be closed between Idylwyld Drive and Avenue B on Sunday, Feb. 27, starting at 7 a.m. for service connection repair work.
This project is expected to take one day to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
On Monday, Feb. 28, 4th Avenue will be closed between 23rd and 24th streets at 8 a.m. for hydrant replacement work.
This project is expected to take one day to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Broadway Avenue between 3rd and 4th Streets will also be closed on Monday beginning at 8 a.m. for service connection replacement work.
This project is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
The city is reminding residents that Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours and advising them to plan their trips.
