Saskatoon’s Nutrien Playland opens Sunday

Expect foot traffic to increase at Kinsmen Park with Nutrien Playland opening.

SASKATOON — Nutrien Playland at Kinsmen Park (945 - Spadina Cres. E.) will open for the season Sunday.

The hours of operation are 2:30 to 8 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays until June 30 and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The schedule will change from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from July to Sept. 5.

Admission is $2.50 for a single ticket and $25 for a play pack (12 tickets).

One ticket per ride is required for the Canpotex train, Ferris wheel, and carousel.

Children under six years old must be accompanied by a paying adult while children under two years old ride for free.

The children’s play area is free to enjoy and includes water spray features, sand play and a climbing area.

The spray pad will open on June 1 and operate daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
