REGINA - Cheryl Dumas is thrilled that she added the All-In to her Poker Lotto ticket for the March 4 draw; the $1 addition made her prize jump from $10,000 to an astounding $255,040.70.

She purchased her ticket from Lake Country Co-op Gas bar at 301A Railway Ave. W in Spiritwood on March 3.

“It came up as an instant win,” she recalled as she claimed her prize.

“I thought it said $1,000,” she added with a laugh. It was a lot more than that.

Dumas drew a royal flush, instantly netting her a prize of $10,000.

“About three hours later my husband was looking at the ticket and said he thought I won more,” she explained.

So, the morning after the draw, she scanned her ticket using the Lotto Spot app and couldn’t believe was she was seeing – the app was telling her she was about to be a quarter million dollars richer.

In addition to the instant prize win, the royal flush also won Dumas the All-In jackpot of $245,040.70.

“It was unreal. I’m still processing how I feel,” said Dumas.

The happy winner has a couple ideas for her windfall.

“We’re going to do some house renovations and maybe I’ll purchase a car,” she said.
