National Aboriginal Day For the first time the Treaty Four flag has been raised next to City Hall in Yorkton, part of the National Aboriginal Day celebrations in the city. The raising of the flag is a major symbolic moment in the relationship between the City of Yorkton and the Yorkton Tribal Council.
