MOOSOMIN — RCMP in Moosomin say a missing woman they had been looking for, Karen Ireland, has been located deceased.
The Saskatchewan RCMP is investigating in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service and preliminary indication is that no foul play is suspected in relation to Karen’s death.
Police say her next of kin have been notified and their thoughts are with her family and friends during this difficult time.
Moosomin RCMP received the report of a missing 50-year-old woman, on Nov. 23, at approximately 7:45 a.m. She was last seen on Wright Road in Moosomin at approximately 7:40 a.m. wearing a blue hospital gown and green pyjama pants and no shoes.
RCMP thank the media and the public for their assistance.
