The Rhythmics gymnastics group held their annual Christmas show last Thursday at the Gloria Hayden Community Centre.

Fifteen kids ages 5-12 put on a show that they've been working on for a month and a half says coach Carol Antony.

The group has been operating on and off for over 20 years.

She said she was happy with their various routines and that each one of them has been working hard to put it all together.

"They all did very well with their routines. Some of them haven't done this for a long time."

Although one member of the club has been doing it for six years.

Tessera Datema will also be taking her talents to competition in February and provincials will be coming up, taking place in Prince Albert, says Antony.

Rhythmics will be hosting another show here in April.

Training has taken about an hour and a half per week for recreational and six per week for competitive.
