Legacy Co-op Disc Golf Tour makes Kamsack stop

Stop two of the tour is Sept 24 with the MVP Circuit Tournament in Churchbridge.

YORKTON / KAMSACK - The first stop in the Legacy Co-op Disc Golf Tour in in the books for 2023.

Saturday competitors took to the course for the annual Kamsack Open with Terry Cumming taking top spot in the top division with a minus-seven over two rounds, (18 baskets), taking home a Matrix portable disc golf basket for his efforts.

Matthew Verhoog was second at minus-two and a $50 cash prize.

Third place had Cody LeClerc and Joe Fleming tied at plus 17.

In the second division Kari Verhoog was tops with plus-40 taking home a golf disc and ear buds.

Terry Cumming also took home an MVP Inertia Ace Pot - Eagle McMahon Rainmaker for closest to the pin.

Stop two of the tour is Sept 24 with the MVP Circuit Tournament in Churchbridge where entry fees include participants getting three MVP discs to play that day, and then take home too. You may enter via the Parkland Association of Disc Golf Facebook page.
