A Swan River rink topped the annual Norquay Open Mixed Bonspiel that was played January 16 to 23 with 18 rinks participating.
Out-of-town rinks were from Arran, Benito, Norquay, Pelly and Swan River.
The Neil Watkins rink of Swan River defeated the Joe Makohoniuk rink of Norquay. Third place went to the Todd Griffith rink and fourth, to the Bob Lumley rink of Norquay.
Winner of the second event was the Paul Abrahamson rink of Pelly, who had defeated the Ed Nelson rink of Pelly. Third place went to the Norquay Agencies rink and fourth, to Wes Lylyk.
Winner of the third event was the Bradley Knutson rink of Norquay, who defeated the Jeremy Hrycenko rink of Arran. Third place went to the Jason Lukey rink of Norquay and fourth, to the Rick Kinaschuk rink of Arran.
