YORKTON – One of four people arrested in connection with a drug trafficking investigation in Yorkton, has appeared in court again.
On June 16, police pulled over a vehicle on Highway 10, just south of Yorkton, and arrested the male driver.
The same day, Mounties executed search warrants at two homes in Yorkton, and arrested two more men, while a woman was arrested three days later.
Mounties say they seized 1,177 grams of cocaine, nearly $76,000 in cash, and other drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Chelsea Schlechter, 37, had her matters heard in Yorkton Provincial Court Monday, where they were adjourned to Sept. 8.
