YORKTON — The Yorkton RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 27-year-old man who was last seen nearly a week ago.
Police say Ashtyn Strongarm was reported missing on July 6. He was last seen on July 4 at 455 Broadway Street West in Yorkton.
Since receiving the report, officers have been checking locations Ashtyn is known to frequent and following up on tips from the public.
They are now asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Yorkton RCMP.
Ashtyn is described as five foot five inches tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a deep red or burgundy shirt and black shorts.
Police say he has several distinctive tattoos, including an eyeball and cloud on his left hand, words and numbers on his right hand and forearms, a plant on his calf, and a hand gesture tattoo on the back of his neck.
Ashtyn is known to travel to the Peepeekisis Cree Nation area, but his current location is unknown.
Anyone who has seen him or has information is asked to call Yorkton RCMP at 310-RCMP.
