SASKATOON – A coordinated investigation between Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) and Calgary Police Service (CPS) has led to the arrest in July of an 18-year-old man linked to cross-provincial drug trafficking.
Adut Agor, 18, of Calgary was arrested by Saskatoon police and remains in custody in Saskatoon until he is transported back to Calgary. He is scheduled to appear in a Calgary court on Aug. 14.
The investigation started on May 31, when Calgary police officers responded to a weapons complaint at an Esso gas station located at 220 68 St. N.E., where it was reported that an unknown man was believed to have pointed a firearm at the victim while he was attempting to fill his vehicle with gas. The victim reported the incident to police and investigators believed the suspect was the same man who was believed to be responsible for the drug trafficking activity.
In June 2025, it was determined the suspect had left Alberta and travelled to Saskatoon, where he was also observed by local law enforcement conducting activity believed to be consistent with drug trafficking.
Calgary police got a search warrant for a vehicle and a residence that was executed on July 2 by members of the Saskatoon Police Service Tactical Unit and Crime Reduction Team. A residence located in the 400 block of Berini Drive in Saskatoon and a 2007 white Infiniti FX believed to be associated to the suspect, were searched.
Police found and seized approximately 100 grams of cocaine, 51 grams of crack cocaine, $7,585 in Canadian currency, four cellphones, drug packaging materials and a digital scale.
The Calgary Police Service thanks Saskatooon Police Service for their support and help in the investigation.
