Construction begins on new terminal

How lucky are we? Not only are we getting a modern, high throughput grain terminal that will benefit farmers in the region, it will also be a boost to some businesses and individuals.

Here’s just a recap, just in case you missed the article a couple of weeks ago in the paper. GrainsConnect Canada is a joint venture between Australian grain handling company Grain Corp and Japanese agricultural co-operative Zen-Noh. The project was announced in December 2015. We hope to see the elevator open within the next two years.
