The Neilburg seniors held their annual Christmas banquet Sunday evening, Dec. 1. Della Thom said grace. After a delicious catered meal, entertainment was provided by a band jokingly called The Throw Togethers. It consisted of Will Ballantyne of Unity, Neil Penny of Biggar and Chris Studer from Lloydminster. They sang many country and western tunes which were hits for stars like Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, George Jones and Randy Travis. Victor Koch was the winner of the men's door prize and Lil Peterson took home the women's prize.

The seniors are invited to attend a luncheon at Neilburg Composite School Dec. 20 and one in Marsden Dec. 16.
