One of three individuals charged in connection with a violent beating in North Battleford Nov. 13 was back in court Wednesday.
The youth, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, faces an aggravated assault charge. He also faces charges of uttering threats and two breach of conditions based on a new information filed with the court.
The matter was adjourned to Feb. 12. An order for a pre-sentence report has been re-issued by the judge.
The youth is one of three people accused in the incident, in which a 26-year-old man was beaten unconscious in a North Battleford home.
A 16-year-old female appeared in court on Jan.23 and was due back in youth court in February.
