Awareness Walk this weekend for Ashley Morin and Megan Gallagher

Saskatoon Police Service is reporting that for the third year, members of the Saskatoon Police Service Victim's Services Unit will join the family of Ashley Morin this weekend in a walk of support and awareness.

Saskatoon Police Service is reporting that for the third year, members of the Saskatoon Police Service Victim's Services Unit will join the family of Ashley Morin this weekend in a walk of support and awareness.

As well, the family of Megan Gallagher will also take part in the walk. It is scheduled to begin Friday, July 9 at 9 a.m. in front of the SPS headquarters building at 76 25th Street East. Members of the media are invited to opening remarks and must abide by Public Health orders.

Throughout the weekend, the walkers will travel Highway 16 and are due to arrive Sunday in North Battleford. 

According to police, Ashley Morin was last seen July 10, 2018 in North Battleford. Megan Gallagher was last seen September 20, 2020 on video at a business in the 3700 block of Diefenbaker Drive.
