Friday, the City of North Battleford performed a test of its emergency mass notification system, North Battleford Rapid Alert.
The test proved successful with a few minor issues identified, the City reports. SaskTel systems were able to handle the circuit load. Further information will be provided this week, once data is analyzed, according to a press release.
Fire Chief Albert Headrick, director of Protective Services expresses appreciation to residents who called with feedback during the test.
