Crash on Territorial and Highway 16

There was a collision at the intersection of Territorial Drive and Highway 16 Thursday at about 6:45 p.m.

According to police three vehicles were involved in the collision.

EMS were on the scene and transported two people to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

NBFD says a driver and a passenger in one vehicle were injured. The driver in the other vehicle was not harmed.

Two vehicles were towed from the scene. Minor fluids and debris had to be cleaned up as well, and emergency personnel were on the scene for over a half hour.

According to police, the male driver of one of the vehicles had been charged under the Traffic Safety Act with failing to yield while turning left.
