There remains nothing new to report in the sexual assault case against North Battleford radio personality Harry Michael Dekker.

The matter came up in provincial court in Saskatoon on Wednesday for the fourth time this year, and as was the case the other three times, it was adjourned to a later date.

This time, the adjournment is for a longer length of time than before. The case against Dekker is now slated to come back April 4, again in provincial court in Saskatoon.

The lengthier adjournment could suggest there may be further developments behind the scenes in the matter and that the next court date could finally produce some news in the ongoing case, which has been seemingly at a standstill in court since January.

Dekker had been arrested by Warman RCMP last September in connection to an alleged incident on Highway 16 near Borden.

He was charged with one count of sexual assault.

Lawyer Mark Brayford once again appeared on Dekker's behalf. Dekker was not in attendance, nor was he expected to appear.
