The case against former RM of Meota administrator Maryann Germann is before the courts, with the next court appearance set for January.
Germann is charged with fraud under s. 380(1) of the Criminal Code. The first court date was in August, and it has now been adjourned twice due to the large volume of disclosure to be gone through.
The next court date is set for North Battleford Provincial Court on Jan. 13 at 9:30 a.m.
