Following public health guidance is particularly important for those who are unvaccinated, or have received only one dose of COVID vaccine.

COVID-19, and its variants, are still present in Saskatchewan. Persons infected with or exposed to COVID-19 should take all precautions as advised by Public Health and take all reasonable measures to significantly reduce the risk of infecting others. Following public health guidance is particularly important for those who are unvaccinated, or have received only one dose of COVID vaccine.

Please be aware that there is an increased risk of exposure to COVID-19 at the following locations where a person or persons attended while infectious:

Aug 7th from 4:30 pm to Aug 12th at 12:00 am: Original Joe’s Restaurant, 5027 44 Street, Lloydminster, AB

Aug 6th from 9:00 pm to Aug 8th at 3:00 am: Station 51 Bar & Grill, 5009B  51 St, Lloydminster, AB

What to do:

If you have not received 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine OR if the second dose was received less than 14 days before you attended the business:

-  You should seek COVID-19 testing immediately and again 10 days after attending the business for the last time.

-   If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you should start self-isolating immediately.

If you have received 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine AND the last dose was received 14 days or more before you attended the business:

-  Self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days after attending the business for the last time.

-  If symptoms develop, you should start self-isolating immediately and seek COVID-19 testing.

-  If you need to check your vaccination status, please access MySaskHealthRecord.

Self-isolation means you need to stay home, avoid contact with anyone who is not fully vaccinated (individuals who are considered fully vaccinated have received two doses of vaccine and are at least two weeks past their second dose), and stay away from work, school, stores, social events and any other public setting.
