The North Battleford RCMP faced more than 30 calls for service between 6 a.m. Monday, July 7 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 8.
Of those calls, there were four false alarms, four traffic complaints and one municipal bylaw or noise complaint.
Monday
10:00 a.m. - Vehicle parked on 2000 block of 96th Street struck by unknown vehicle some time in preceding 24 hours. No suspects at this time.
10:04 a.m. - Two unwanted guests at a home on Asquith Avenue reported. Both said to be refusing to leave. Matter mediated.
11:13 a.m. - Complainant's identification taken by an acquaintance who has refused to return it.
3:14 p.m. - Hit and run at Frontier Mall parking lot. Parked vehicle struck by unknown suspect vehicle some time this afternoon.
3:46 p.m. - 10-year-old youth reported missing from a residence on 10th Avenue. Located shortly there after at a residence on 107th Street.
4:07 p.m. - Complaint of assault received at detachment. Incident alleged to have occurred at a residence on Saturday evening. Minor injuries had been sustained. Suspect known to victim and investigation continuing.
4:36 p.m. - Call of an assault/neighbour dispute on 106th Street. All parties spoken to and matter remains under investigation.
7:10 p.m. - 54-year-old woman arrested and charged with failing to comply with undertaking. She was found intoxicated and lying down near the highway at Don Ross Hill.
8:44 p.m. - 911 call of a man hanging off the back of a vehicle on Railway Avenue East. The female driver witnessed at one point stopping the car and throwing beer bottles at him before again taking off with the man hanging off the back. Members located both subjects on Carlton Trail. The man was injured and was quite intoxicated. He was arrested and has since been released without charges. He and the driver are in a relationship, appeared to have had an argument and when she attempted to drive away, the man grabbed onto the car. Investigation found the driver was driving erratically, including running a stop sign that resulted in a near collision with another vehicle. The driver is facing charges of dangerous driving and mischief, and has also since been released from custody until her first appearance in North Battleford Court on Aug. 11.
9:29 p.m. - Break and enter to a business on 103rd Street reported. Three youths identified as possible suspects, investigation ongoing.
10:33 p.m. - A lost walker recovered near 110th Street and 12th Avenue.
10:45 p.m. - Intoxicated person causing a disturbance at a business. Subject left when police called and was not located.
Tuesday
1:37 a.m. - Suspicious man knocking on complainants door on 14th Avenue. Subject left when door wasn't answered and no one located.
3:10 a.m. - Call of unknown woman knocking on a door on 107th Street, then proceeded to go lay on front lawn. 40-year-old woman located, arrested and held in custody until sober.
4:09 a.m. - Woman arrested for public intoxication after complaint that she was lying in some trees off 107th Street.
