North Battleford RCMP responded to more than 30 calls for service/occurrences, included five false alarms, between 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 9 and 6 a.m. Thursday, July 10.
Wednesday
6:19 a.m. - BUH reported a patient had left prior to being treated in the ER, still with IV attached. The patient was located and brought back to the hospital.
6:24 a.m. - A report of a man trying to get in the back door of a residence in the 500 block of 102nd Street. A 43-year-old intoxicated man was arrested for mischief and lodged until sober. Released for court on Aug.25.
6:29 a.m. - A report of an abandoned vehicle on 1100 block of 108th Street.
7:03 a.m. - A report of a barking dog. Bylaw officers notified.
7:28 a.m. - Call to assist in getting personal property back from a residence.
7:51 a.m. - Call of an intoxicated man passed out near 1100 block of 110th Street. A 30-year-old man was located and given a ride to a friend's house.
8:04 a.m. - A report of suspicious men carrying a bottle of whiskey, walking in an alley off 13th Avenue.
1:52 p.m. - A report of an intoxicated person pacing the 1200 block of 100th street. A man was located, sober, just waiting for a friend.
3:10 p.m. - A complaint of a cyclist hitting a vehicle. No injuries.
4:23 p.m. - A report of a vehicle damaged overnight.
4:23 p.m. -A report of a person passed out in the middle of the road in the of 1000 block of 101st Street. A 43-year-old woman was arrested and lodged until sober.
7:34 p.m. - A request to check the welfare of a crying child. Police attended and all was fine.
7:34 p.m. - A report of a suspicious vehicle on 11th Avenue. Vehicle located and driver was only asking for directions.
8:28 p.m. - A report of a disturbance in a parking lot on 11th Avenue. Still under investigation.
8:28 p.m. - A report of a suspicious vehicle on 103rd Street. Vehicle located, driver only waiting for a friend.
8:48 p.m. - A report of theft of money from a residence. Still under investigation.
9:12 p.m. - A report of three intoxicated men on roadway near 11th Avenue. Patrols made, not located.
10:05 p.m. - A report of uttering threats between family members. Police attended and mediated matter. threats unfounded.
Thursday
12:39 a.m. - A report of an abandoned bike, white, adult sized.
1:39 a.m. - A report of suspicious person walking in area of 1500 block of 106th Street. Patrols made.
1:42 a.m. - Complaint of an intoxicated woman outside a residence on 2000 block of 101st Street. Patrols made, woman not located.
2:40 - Complaint of a woman not paying her cab fare. Still under investigation.
