One of the suspects accused in the Sept. 1 shooting in North Battleford will return to North Battleford Provincial Court during the first week of November.
Justin Fineday appeared by closed circuit TV Monday morning. His matters were adjourned to Nov. 6 in provincial court for election.
His co-accused, Valen Nicotine, is due to return to court Nov. 5. Both face aggravated assault and firearms charges in connection to an alleged incident around St. Laurent Avenue and Diefenbaker Drive. A third youth has been charged as well.
