There has been another shooting incident in the city of North Battleford.
This time North Battleford RCMP are investigating a shooting on the 1700 block of St. Laurent Drive which happened at 1a.m. Monday.
Police say a lone male was found near a home suffering from a suspected gunshot wound to the head. He was treated in hospital in North Battleford before being airlifted to Saskatoon by STARS.
As of Monday morning he was listed in serious but stable condition, according to the RCMP news release.
Police say the scene was processed by Forensic Identification Section and has since been released. No suspects have been identified, and the RCMP says they are continuing their investigation.
This is the second reported shooting in the city in the past month. Three people were arrested following another shooting that took place Sept. 1.
