Back to school is supposed to be a time of heightened awareness of traffic safety, but North Battleford emergency crews have been called to three motor vehicle crashes in the past few days.
Two intersection smash ups occurred Friday with one resulting in two people being transported to hospital.
Wednesday North Battleford Fire Department received a call to yet another crash, this time at the intersection of 106th Street and 10th Avenue. Two passenger vehicles collided there at about 2:25 p.m.
One person was treated at the scene and transported to Battlefords Union Hospital by WPD Ambulance.
