While the residential refuse rate bylaw will have to wait for another meeting in order to be signed and sealed, two other bylaws introduced at Monday's City of North Battleford council meeting did make it through in three readings.
The first bylaw to pass was the special assessment for a 27th Avenue local improvement, for a pavement overlay on that street.
The other bylaw to pass in three readings was the special assessment for undertaking a pavement overlay on 19th Avenue, impacting affected lots from 93rd to 97th Street.
