EAST CENTRAL — A wind warning has been issued for the area around Humboldt.
"Strong northwesterly winds gusting at times to near 90 kilometres per hour are expected to develop across the region this morning. Winds will moderate over western areas this afternoon and eastern areas towards evening," said the Environment Canada warning, issued on July 28 at 4:27 am. "Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage."
