The Huskies were first throughout the regular season with just one loss and they continued their winning ways Sunday taking the final 15-6 over the Gophers.

The Gophers drew first blood with a touchdown to start the scoring, but the Huskies responded with 15 unanswered points and some stellar defence.

The Huskies won their quarter-final game over the Silver Bullets by a forfeit and went on to win their semi final match over the Headhunters.

In the B-side championship, the Broncos defeated the Western Can Slammers 24-16. Both teams fell to the B-side after losing their quarter-finals games.
