Friday, Saulteaux was in Radisson and it was the Wheat Kings earning the 9-5 win.

Kenton Haugrud had two goals and three assists while Joey Mychan had two goals and two assists to lead the home team's offence. Dana Derbowka also had two goals while Jade Boklaschuk, Tyrell Jonescu and Luke Walker had one goal each.

Dakota Tootoosis had a hat trick for Saulteaux while Frankie Moosomin and Andrew Moccasin had one goal each.

The other game Friday night had the Battleford Beaver Blues go into Maymont and steal a win by a 6-5 score.

Glen Heidt was the winning goalie with Mat Leitner suffering the loss. Devin Esquirol continues to lead the Beaver Blues' offence as he netted a hat trick and Mitch Phillips, Jon Tkachuk and Blaine Weber added single markers.

Kenton Albert, who is tied for the league lead in points with 21, and Colby Beierle scored twice with Tyler Hubbard adding one goal for Maymont.

Tuesday, Maymont and Radisson met for the fifth time this season and it was the Settlers winning for the fourth time, this time in overtime.

Both teams hit the post at least twice in the game, but the difference was Maymont capitalizing on Radisson turnovers.

Beierle scored all four Maymont goals while Shane Chicoine earned the win.

Rob Kostyk was solid for Radisson, but suffered the loss. Derboka, the other player tied for the league lead in points, had a goal and an assist for Radisson. Craig Poggemiller and Troy Rookes had the other goals for Radisson.

Radisson leads the league with a 7-3-0-1 record. Maymont is second with a 6-3-0-0 mark. Battleford is 4-4-0-0. Saulteaux is still searching for their first win and sit at 0-6-0-0.
