2011 SaskTel Tankard will take place at the Civic Centre. Talk to Margo at the Battleford Curling Club for tickets. Draw times are 3 and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 8:30 a.m., noon, 3 and 7 p.m. Thursday, 8 a.m., noon, 4 and 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday at 9 a.m., 2 and 7 p.m. and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. The final goes at 2 p.m.

Saskatchewan Prairie Hockey League has all four teams in action as Battleford plays in Maymont, and Radisson hosts Saulteaux. Both games are 8 p.m. starts.

Battlefords Midget A Barons will host La Ronge in the first game of the two-game total-goal provincial series. The game goes at 4 p.m. at Battlefords Arena.

Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League action will be underway at the Civic Centre between the Battlefords Stars and Saskatoon Contacts. This will be the Stars final home game of the season. Game time 7:30 p.m.
