Wendell McRann was about to pay for his gas at the No Frills gas bar recently, when a young woman who had just paid her bill at the till handed him the discount tickets she'd received, walked quickly to her car and drove away. He didn't get a chance to see her face.
When he stepped up to the till, he was told the woman had paid for his gas in addition to her own. The bill was $107.40. The gentleman at the till, who was known to McRann, said the young woman, who he did not recognize, had told him she'd been helped by a Good Samaritan that day and wanted to pay the kindness on.
McRann says he will be looking for an opportunity to do the same and hopes others are inspired by the kindness of this young woman.
