PRINCE ALBERT - Three men were arrested after being found to be in possession of a suspected crack cocaine in a stolen vehicle early Monday morning.
Shortly after 1 a.m. on June 16, while on routine patrol in the 2700 block of 15th Avenue East in Prince Albert, an officer observed a vehicle believed to have been stolen.
Upon further investigation, the officer was able to confirm the vehicle was a stolen vehicle.
At this time, the three occupants of the vehicle were arrested and officers began a subsequent vehicle search.
As a result, officers located and seized a CO2 firearm, more than 50 grams of suspected crack cocaine, and other items consistent with drug trafficking.
As a result, a 22-year-old man, 37-year-old man, and 23-year-old man have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The 23-year-old man has also been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle over $5,000.
