Colby Richard Hoffart, late of Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan, born April 30, 2003, passed away January 10, 2024 at the age of 20 years. At the request of Colby and his family, a Private Funeral Service will take place and Interment at the Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan. Pallbearers will be Preston Hoffart, Barack Olweny, Shelby Olweny, Noah Bourassa, Landon Hill and Glenn Walkeden. Donations in memory of Colby may be made to “Make-A-Wish” at 3602 Millar Avenue, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7P 0B1.
