Chase, Nancy Ann late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, born January 13, 1961, passed away on November 28, 2021 at the age of 60 years. A Graveside Memorial Service and Interment will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan.
