REGINA - Alicia Morrow, a former member of the Board of Police Commissioners, has made a complaint to the Public Complaints Commission (PCC).
Her legal team issued a statement to SaskToday regarding a leaked document, which had been posted on a Regina social media feed.
"This is a serious breach of Ms. Morrow’s private and confidential complaint, one that has resulted in targeted harassment and emotional harm to Ms. Morrow."
However, the statement did not identify who was subject of the complaint. The statement went on to say Morrow "will not be commenting further until the investigation is complete."
Morrow is represented by Nychuk & Company, a law firm based in Regina.
Morrow joined the Board of Police Commissioners in August 2024, per their report.
In March, she was absent from a monthly meeting before her name was removed in an April 2025 report. On their website, Morrow is no longer listed as a member of the board.
On Tuesday, Mayor Chad Bachynski confirmed Morrow had left the board, but did not provide details on the reason.
SaskToday reached out to the PCC for further comments, but we are told no additional details will be released at this time.
