Regina police major crimes investigating after man found deceased

REGINA – The Regina Police Service, with help from the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, have started a death investigation.

Police were dispatched to a call for service near Marshall Crescent shortly after 2 a.m. on May 30. When officers arrived, they located a deceased adult male. They secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crime Unit and the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit.

Police say at this early stage of the investigation, there are no further details that will be released to the public. Regina police said they are not releasing the victim’s name at this time.
