City is doing some roadwork on Sunday

SASKATOON — Watch for two areas where traffic is being restricted Sunday due to roadway patching.

Clarence Avenue will be closed between Cascade and Bute Streets on Sunday, Aug. 24, starting at 7 a.m. for roadway patching.

5th Street will be closed at 1st Avenue on Sunday, Aug. 24, starting at 7 a.m. for roadway patching.

Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the areas. These projects are expected to take one day to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.
