The Carievale 4-H Beef Club held its annual achievement day at the Carievale Riding Arena on June 11. It was wet and windy, but everyone was thankful for the three inches of much needed rain.
Our cattle judge was Ericka Easton of Wawota, and Chris Jones of Carnduff judged the record books. In the morning, the members participated in judging heifers. Jackie Gilliland was the show announcer. Bailey Kozma and Kyleigh Magotiaux were ring personnel. Dayna Gilliland was our photographer.

All members received their 4-H certificates as well as member recognition gifts of a personalized clipboard with the 4H logo for new members and Tailgate gift cards for the remaining members.
All in all, it was a good day. Members were happy to be able to show their animals.
