A very Merry Christmas to your house from ours

Sincere sympathy is extended to the Junk families on the death of Rose Junk on Dec. 12 at the age of 97 years in Oxbow. Rose was predeceased by her husband Tom in 1997, her son Ken and her siblings Stan and Bud Nichols, Emily Stanley and Nina Hewitt.

She will always be remembered by her family: sons Lorne, Gary (Brenda), daughters Ardyth (Mike) Philipation, Rhonda (Terry) Morrow, Carla Junk, daughter-in-law Dina Junk, eleven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

The Junks began farming in the Auburnton district where they farmed for many years. Their sons have carried on farming in this area and now the third generation is also farming. Condolences are also extended to all family members and close friends. A graveside service will be held in the spring of 2022 at Glen Morris Cemetery in Carlyle.
