Dozens of people participated in memorial ride.

ESTEVAN - Dozens of motorcycle riders gathered Saturday for the Heretics Motorcycle Club's annual Ride for Memphis.

The poker run saw participants start at the Black Grasshopper restaurant in Estevan and ride through much of southeast Saskatchewan. They received a card at several stops. The individuals with the best and worst hands received a prize.

Proceeds from the ride will be directed to Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

The event is held annually in memory of Memphis White, who died in 2019 at the age of 17 due to Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Memphis' father Clint is a member of the Heretics.
