WEYBURN – Weyburn’s own Tenille Arts added to her list of award nominations this year, with two nominations of videos for the 2022 CMT Music Awards.

The CMT Music Awards will air on CBS on Monday, April 11, airing at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

Tenille has been nominated for “Breakthrough Video of the Year”, and for “Female Video of the Year”, both for her son, “Back Then, Right Now”.

These awards are country music’s only entirely fan-voted awards show, and will be broadcast from Nashville with hosts Kelsea Ballerini and Anthony Mackie.

Tenille is one of 10 first-time nominees up for an award this year.

Each winner is voted on by fans, and voting is now open at vote.cmt.com.

Earlier this year, she was also nominated for New Female Artist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music, and for a JUNO award, Country Album of the Year, for her third album, Girl to Girl.
