There are over 3,700 new bins stacked up in the City's works yard, and a crew from Quebec will come to the city to distribute the bins to every household. Each bin is the property of the city, marked with the city logo as shown, and is to remain with a residence no matter if the residents of that home change or move. The crews will have the bins rolled out to the entire in about 10 business days, in time for the new system to begin; the new truck for the bins has just arrived this week in the city.
