During the reporting period, police dealt with 94 calls for service.

*On November 27, a complaint was received about a large house party. Police patrolled the area and a number of liquor tickets were issued.

*On November 26, police received a call regarding a possible assault, the matter is under investigation.

*On November 25, police attended a hotel regarding an intoxicated male passed out in the lobby. He was taken away by taxi on police arrival.

*Police attended a motor vehicle accident in the city. One driver was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign.

*On November 24, police were called to a complaint of erratic driving in a residential area.

*On November 23, police were called to assist EMS with a male who had taken too many pills; he was transported to the hospital.

*Police were called to complaints regarding fights at a local bar. Two males were arrested for outstanding warrants.

*On November 22, police were called to attend a motor vehicle accident. A vehicle that had stopped for a red light at an intersection was damaged when a second vehicle ran into the back of it. The matter is under investigation.

*Residents are reminded that Weyburn Police Service members will be conducting high profile road side checks during the month of December. With the holiday season here once again please do not drink then drive. Arrange for alternate transportation or plan for a non drinking designated driver.
