Congratulations to Shana Puskas who opened the former Esso Café on June 1. This gives everyone another choice for eating out. In the 1970s, Bill and Marie Jensen took over managing the Café and the garage.

Congratulations to Shana Puskas who opened the former Esso Café on June 1. This gives everyone another choice for eating out. In the 1970s, Bill and Marie Jensen took over managing the Café and the garage. Marie added homemade soups and many special desserts to the menu. The Esso was a busy place with many crews working here and the garage open until 10 p.m. Val Puskas remembers working with her mother after school and on her trips home. Now the third generation of this family is managing the Café at the Esso.
