On Thursday, April 16, 2015
our dear mother, grandmoth-
er, sister and friend left us to
join the love of her life, her
dear Kenneth who has pa-
tiently awaited their reunion.
Mother leaves a legacy of
gentle dignity, unconditional
love and an amazing sense of
humor. She touched the lives
of many and they are better
people for having known her.
June is survived by her
greatest treasures - 6 chil-
dren: Ellen (Craig), Jack
(Valerie), David (Michelle), Mi-
chael (Leah), Cathy (Gary),
Alison (Darren); 12 grandchil-
dren, 4 sisters, numerous
friends, especially Pat and
Helen.
Mother’s Catholic faith was
very precious to her and sus-
tained her along this, her final
journey.
Vigil of Prayer will be held at
7:00 p.m. Friday, April 24,
2015 at the chapel of the Sas-
katoon Funeral Home. Mass
of Christian Burial will be cele-
brated at 2:00 p.m. Saturday,
April 25, 2015 at St. Paul’s
Co-Cathedral.
In lieu of flowers, June
asked that people donate
blood, the Gift of Life, which
gave her 5 precious months
with family and friends. Con-
